** The student status is confirmed by a written statement from the dean's office (or equivalent institution at your university), a copy of valid student card and by letter from the supervisor. All of them should be sent while sending filled registration form.
*** To qualify as Exhibitor one must purchase an exhibition package.

Terms of Payment

Registration fee must be paid in advance as indicated by the organizers by bank transfer or by credit card. Please mark the preferred form of payment on your registration form.


  • In the case of bank (wire) transfer, conference ID (Q12) and participant's name must be marked on the payment order (For example: Q12-JSmith).
  • Please make sure that all the bank-processing costs are borne by the remitter. Please specifically instruct your bank that you are responsible for bank charges incurred outside of your country.
  • Organisers do not accept processing costs of bank (wire) transfer.
  • Please also note that in order to qualify for the Early Registration Fee, payment must be received by the date indicated in the deadlines.

Cancellation and Changes

All changes and cancellations must be submitted via e-mail to the Workshop Organizers. All changes and cancellations are effective only after confirmed via e-mail.

Registration fees will be refunded in case the cancellation is made before May 17, 2012. There will be no refund for cancellations made after May 17, 2012.


  • In all cases, payment-handling costs will be deducted from the amount of refund.
  • All refunds will be processed after the Workshop.
