During the Meeting, an Exhibition will be held. The refreshment points and Poster Area will be integrated into the exhibition area to maximise the time delegates spend in this area. The exhibition area is also part of the day-to-day traffic flow, as it is in the delegate path to the session rooms.

If required, based on the filled form proper invoice will be issued before or after the transaction.
